FAQ's

For all emails after the sale, please forward the payment confirmation email sent to you by PayPal (along with your comments) to greatservice@shipnfast.com.

Every purchase will receive this PayPal email and, as it contains all the details of your purchase, it will enable us to quickly answer your questions.

 

What's your return policy?

1. Invalid Shipping address: If the shipping address provided is invalid, resulting in the carrier returning the shipment to us, your refund will be the amount paid minus the return shipping cost, minus our original shipping cost, minus a $3 handling fee.

Example USPS: You paid $30 and of that our USPS shipping cost was $10, your refund would be $30-$10-$3 = $17 (The USPS does charge return postage)

Example UPS: You paid $30 and of that our UPS shipping cost was $10, your refund would be $30-$10-$10-$3 = $7 (UPS charges return postage; that's why there's $10 listed twice).

2. Customer Requested Return: Return's are accepted within 3 days from the delivery of the package. Items must be in new condition and all packaging and paperwork must be included with the return. Open packages of sales slips and custom merchant plates are not returnable.

Email us prior to shipping anything back. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Your refund will be the amount paid minus our original shipping cost, minus a $2 handling fee.

Example: You paid $30 and of that our USPS shipping cost was $10- your refund would be $30-$10-$2 = $17 (Buyer also pays return postage)

3. Returns due to an error on our part: Email us with a detailed explanation of the problem. Photographs of what you received (showing the problem if possible) would speed up the error resolution.

 
Why is my credit card payment being rejected?
Due to extensive online credit card fraud, we can only ship to the billing address on the card. When checking out, be sure that the billing address for the card matches the shipping address for the package or the payment will be rejected.
 
Do you offer credit card payment processing?
We don't offer any credit card processing services. We can recommend two places if you are in search of a payment processor. Please remember that we reserve providing help in finding an honest processor to our customers.
 
Will your credit card slips fit my imprinter?

Our slips fit the majority of manual credit card imprinters including the Data Systems 515 & 505, Elmetal Ergoprint 1001 & Easyprint 8001 plus the majority of Bartizan manual credit card imprinters.

If you don't own one of these brands, or are unsure if they are exactly what you need, we recommend ordering a pack of 100 for trial.

 
Can I place an order by phone?
We are 100% email based and all orders must be processed through the website.
